May 26 northwest spot

Heyo, i likely have asked this question before but does anyone have a favourite spot for NW? What about big sandy? Might be enough fetch and direction of the bay to get clean wind and water... Or perhaps i should accept the fact kingston sucks for north windemoticon

Thanks all

Re: May 26 northwest spot

SBX. Big Sandy is better when its more south than usual, not more north.

If it goes straight north or north east, West Lake, but its always gonna be gusty with big holes. Still, scratches the itch.

We checked out SBX but it lulled when we got to the beach so we went to west lake, but once it kicked in the direction was such that you could ride either. I bet the beach was better as it would have been soooooo flat. Just feels a bit sketchy cause it was just a tad offshore and dead right in at the beach. West lake was plenty powered up, but it gets real choppy.

Both sides had big holes Im sure.
