Looking for anyone offering lessons

Looking for someone to teach to me to kitesurf in the Kingston area in Late May. I've used a trainer a few times and I'm pretty good on that. I'm also an avid sailor and wakeboarder. I'll be in Kingston all summer and would really like to get into kiteboarding.

Also, looking for a 10m and 14m kite (no older than 3 years old), bar and lines, harness and board. Looking for good stuff and fair prices.

Thanks!

I think you will be hard pressed to find someone in kingston to do lessons. Best advise i can give you being a sailor is come down to the PUC when it is windy and talk to all the kiters. Everyone will give you good pointers. There are lots of Similarities between sailing and kiting. But there are some opposite things as well hahaha

Have a 10m complete with bar and lines in the gear exchange section for $500. Your welcome to have a look at it.

2011 gear in perfect working order.

Also have a board, but its not really suitable for learning.

P.S. saw someone advertising themselves as an instructor on Kijiji.

Good luck.

Late may lake water is pretty cold! late June is much better. But with a really good suit it may be possible. Or maybe travel a bit out of town to a smaller warmer lake? Contact me at kiteman57@yahoo.com because I'm trying to figure out the easiest way for someone to learn in Kingston and maybe you would like to be the guinea pig?
Also have fair prices on two boards that are suitable to learn on if you are talented and then you wouldn't have to change a couple of months later when you're better. Cabrinha Chopstick 139 and Ocean Rodeo Mako 140
Also have a bunch of harnesses for sale.

The lakes up here (Upper Rideau and Loon) are warming up really fast. I've been in already!
