Later this week
So its still a few days away, but its hard to ignore the plus ten with sunshine forecast. And more light into the evenings.
Does anyone know if the water is accessible at sandbanks or is there there still ice to climb over?

Re: Later this week
Not sure,
Will be interested in starting early this year. Picton is defo my goto for the real cold water. Not worth it for marginal winds, but if it is warm and windy, I'm in.

Im tempted to check out sandbanks in the late afternoon, just not sure about the ice situation there... and my ability to kite in 1 degree water in a 4/3

Re: Later this week
If only it wasn't the one day a year when booze is more important than kiting..
Let us know if your going. I've got a surfboard I'm dying to try. May have to head down myself.
