Re: Tomorrow (Friday) in Picton?
I run with a full wet suit (5mm I think), gloves, boots and a hat.
Still warm enough to go for hours that way.

Re: Tomorrow (Friday) in Picton?
Lot of guys go with drysuits this late in the fall. Nice to roll into the car with the warm and fuzzies on, get to the water, check it, then just throw on the outer suit and hit it. Even nicer to just shed it and throw on the toque once your done. Head wear is also key for warmth. The neoprene beanie under the helmet is awesome. Warm and cozy on the head and ears, but still has way more mobility and comfort than a lot of the wetsuit hoods.
So far in the Ocean Rodeo Pyro drysuit that you see most often out there, I haven't needed gloves or booties.
