advice needed about trainer kite

hi, here's a link to a trainer kite I saw. my question is, is this a good purchase or not? the ad says that it can be used as a snow kite. it doesn't have a chicken loop either. is this a concern? thanks.

Take the first step to learning to kite board or snow kite, or just have fun flying a big kite. This kite serves both as a trainer kite and a snow kite. Unlike other trainer kites, it has a four line system which is closer to the real thing. Careful in high winds - it's got some power (though don't worry, you can fly it in really light winds too)!

Used but in great condition - no damage

Also comes with instructional DVD.

Looks pretty sweet.

Definitely small for snow kiting, but if it really crankin...

Might get you moving on nice hardpack, but definitely just for your first steps, then you'll need something bigger.

Hard to tell how well it flies, but the price is right.
