I think next time I'll go to the bottom beach and pull my safety. I was lucky today, Rob ran over and caught my kite for me. BTW, that was pretty sweet today when I had my kite parked above and you went below me and smacked my board on the way by! I usually try to walk up just leward of the pipe myself, but if its really scary I go for the bottom beach and drop it to safety on the lawn. Another option is to drop it so someone on the lawn, climp out and retrieve the bar once your on land. That works well if the person catching the kite is good enough at it. Only weird part about that one is that you ofter lose sight of the kite as it goes down on the lawn. just keep sending it down and hope the person catches it! Best to give someone the heads up before you drop it on the lawn. nondisclosed_email@example.com (brent4336)Fri, 17 Aug 2007 20:20:51 +0000 coming in when it's really blowinghttps://bkiteboardingkingston.runboard.com/p87,from=rss#post87https://bkiteboardingkingston.runboard.com/p87,from=rss#post87Hey folks, I'm curious what people's preferences are for coming in at the PUC dock during heavy air. Today I tried to come up the leward side of the culvert but it was blowing so much I moved downwind a lot and had a rough time of it.
