Request for Kiteboarding Lessons
Hey All, My boyfriend and I wanted to try out kiteboarding and were wondering if there was anyone in Kingston willing to give us a lesson? We want to try it out before we invest all the money into equipment.
Anyone who can help it would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Request for Kiteboarding Lessons
Best way to start is with a trainer kite. A friend of mine, Dave Mody, sells them for $109 and also sells the big stuff.
It is difficult to teach someone in Kingston but there is a guy at West lake near Sandbanks that teaches but it would still be necessary to know how to fly the trainer really well before taking the lessons.
You can also hang out at PUC dock on windy days and watch kiters of all different levels to help you decide whether to take it up or not. Hope this helps
